The property was fairly easy to find despite the lack of an elevator. The staff were kind and attentive, providing quick solutions when we faced issues. The location was also a strong point, situated near key attractions.

However, our experience was marred by a few inconveniences. We found it quite challenging to deal with the air conditioning, which was not user-controlled and required us to call the front desk multiple times for adjustments. On top of that, the noise from surrounding rooms and the corridors kept disrupting our peace during the night, making it hard to fully relax.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the water taxi stop. But the noise from nearby bars kept me awake at night.
